What we collect

What you type into the appointment form: name, phone, email, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not sell data to anyone.

We also keep our own log of page views on this site: the page, the time, the site that referred you, your browser type, the IP address the visit came from, the approximate city, region and country that IP resolves to, and the organization the IP address is registered to in public internet registries. We use it to understand which organizations are interested in our work and to spot abuse. It is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not combined with other websites' data. This log is deleted automatically after one year.

What we use it for

We use what you put in the form to reply to you and book your appointment. Nothing else. We do not share your information with third parties unless the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text-message box, you allow us to text you about your appointment at the number you gave. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
