Terms of Service

Common sense prevails.
We are a small studio run by one real person. We would rather shake hands and call it good, but the world asks for a few legal lines. Here they are. You be a good client, we will be a good studio, and nobody has to read this page again.
1. Appointments
Services are by appointment. If you cannot make it, let us know as early as you can so someone else can have the time. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late may shorten the service or require rebooking.
2. Consultation and results
Every treatment starts with a consultation. Results vary with the condition of the hair, previous chemical work, and home care. What is said in the consultation describes what to expect; it is not a guarantee of a result.
3. Prices and payment
The price is confirmed at the consultation, before anything starts. Services are paid at the end. Once a service is performed the sale is final.
4. Your responsibility
Tell us honestly about the treatments and products you have used (color, bleach, previous smoothing, medications that affect hair). A detail left out can change the result, and that responsibility is yours.
5. Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, the terms in the privacy policy apply: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for indirect damages. Any claim must be made within 30 days of the service.
7. Photos
We publish photos of your hair only with your express permission. If you ever want a photo taken down, tell us and we remove it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the county where the service was provided.
